Founded in 1871, Flanders, Elsberg, Herber & Dunn, LLC is  one of the oldest law firms west of the Mississippi. Our long history includes many cases that have altered the course of real estate law, water law, and personal injury law in our great state. We negotiated one of, if not the largest train accident verdicts ever awarded in Colorado.

Lawyers with this law firm served as the 1875-76 Delegates to the Colorado Constitution Convention and are original drafters of the Colorado water law constitutional provision.
